It was a gathering of hundred of leaders, missionaries, pastors and church planters coming from Africa, Europe, The Americas and Asia, from March 26th to April 5th 2024.
Leaders came on board and there was growth. Leaders bring about growth. Leadership is the factor of growth. Excuses demonstrate that you were the wrong man for the job. If the number of leaders grow, the work will grow. The inner growth of each leader will show in the inner growth of the work. Growth in leadership will increase growth in the work. God calls no man to what cannot be done or to a vision that He (GOD) doesn’t intent to accomplish.
